It’s Rule 5 Sunday, our regular, schizophrenic (in a good way), respite from the ordinary.

Gibson will play a fanatical animal-rights activist who frees illegally imported exotic snakes from pet stores, sending them into the Everglades, where they grow to mega sizes. Tiffany will play an overzealous park ranger who uses dangerous methods to save endangered alligators.

“I know that pop culture fanatics have been dying for Tiffany and me to collaborate for the past 24 years!” said Gibson in a statement. “What better way to do it than by battling each other in a campy romp through the Everglades?”

“Only in my dreams have I been able to have a catfight with Debbie Gibson…until now!” Tiffany said. “This is soo MEGA cool!”

I guess lesbian sex is out which would have been the only redeeming thing about this ‘film’…if I were still 15.¹

A LITTLE TOO REAL.

KIM Kardashian is in talks to replace Angelina Jolie in the Tomb Raider movie franchise.

According to Hollywood insiders, the curvy reality TV star is in the middle of negotiations to play video game beauty Lara Croft in a reboot of the film series.

“This will be something very different to Angelina’s Lara,” a source said.

“Kim is wanted to play a far more comic-strip version of Lara which would be shot in 3-D and aimed at a teen audience.”

Yeah, let me just say this is about as bad as ideas go. I don’t much care for the loopy b*tch that is Angelina Jolie, but I’ll be the first to admit that the chick can act and that redounded to Tomb Raider’s (very limited) benefit.

But Kim Kardashian¹?? If this is even remotely true, the producers of the next film clearly aren’t a bit serious about the movie itself and they may as well have her swinging from bed posts (hmm) than actually bothering with a ‘story’.²

(And yes: it’s a very, very, very slooooow day.)
