Nothing: It’s What’s for Dinner…

…and breakfast and lunch and snacks for 40 days.

So it’s about, oh, 36 hours before the winter of my discontent sets in, and I just wanted to touch on what I will/won’t be consuming:

Consuming:

*1 gallon of H2O/day.
*Beef/chicken bullion spiked w/ added salt 3-5x/day.
*Body fat, muscle tissue and major organs all day, every day, until I run out and/or die from severe internal bleeding.

Not consuming:

*Everything else.

Should be fun. Like bone cancer. Or a broken-glass enema.

    Sounds kind of like ‘opti-fast’. Water and protein only. Killed lots of people.

    A straight water fast is great, though difficult. A straight juice fast is also good, if done correctly.

      Yep, was a straight water fast–finished up about 10 days ago and it was, after the first 7-10 days, not really that rough.
